Questions linger months after Minnesota postal worker's death

Nearly two months after an accident claimed her husband's life, a Minnesota woman has decided to air her concerns. The woman's husband, who worked for the postal service for many years, was struck and killed by a mail truck in a parking lot at the Brooklyn Park Post Office. As such, she is trying to find out what exactly led to the work-related accident.

Minnesota marriage law impacts workers' compensation policies

One of the biggest news items out of the state legislature in St. Paul this year was the legalization of same-sex marriage. For many Minnesotans, this means that they will now be eligible for a wide variety of benefits granted to married couples.
